Little Beverly Hills is famous for being one of the tract neighborhoods built by the Alexander Company between 1957 and 1958. Originally called Ramon Rise, the community is quite small with only 84 homes, so when a property does come on the market it doesn't last for long!
Many of the homes exhibit classic mid-century modern design, having been designed by the esteemed architects Dan Palmer and William Krisel. Others in the neighborhood were designed by rival architect and builder Jack Meiselman.
