In this fast paced, tech savvy world, buyers want as much information as quickly as possible. Video enables buyers to get a better feeling for a home in a matter of minutes. This is why I make videos of all my properties. Some examples of my videos are below.

3D Virtual Tours

These types of tours give buyers an even better idea of what homes look like. I create these tours myself to allow buyers to virtually walk through my listings and get a better idea of what it's like to be inside a particular home. An example of my 3D tours is below.

Once all the creative work has been done and your property has been loaded into the MLS, I'll start advertising your home to my private list of local area Realtors and on Social Media.
