Geoffrey Moore recently represented me and my partner in the purchase of a home in Palm Springs.  From the moment we saw it, we realized, with a little work, it was our dream home.  But unbeknownst to us, the odds were stacked against a successful purchase from the beginning.  The property was in tax default, there was a $20 million lien against the property, utilities were off and took weeks to turn on delaying the inspection, and the seller’s agent was uncooperative to say the least. The only reason this sale took place at all is because we were represented by Geoffrey Moore.  He is without a doubt the most professional real estate agent I have ever worked with.  Geoffrey was unflappable, smoothly dealing with each and every challenge as they presented themselves.  He worked closely with our mortgage broker and ensured at each step of the way that the necessary paperwork was completed.  But more important, Geoffrey is honest, trustworthy, and working with him, you will realize that his number one goal will be to represent your interests in an ethical manner.  Without hesitation, I would recommend Geoffrey to anyone in need of a real estate professional. I should also mention that since we moved into our home, we learned two neighbors had put in offers before we came along.  Even though the buyers really wanted the home, in each case the purchase fell out of escrow.  We think this is a credit to Geoffrey’s professionalism and smooth approach to making sure transactions close.
