The Vintage Palms is a private, non-gated community located in north Palm Springs, just off East San Rafael Drive. The Vintage Palms is a small, entirely residential neighborhood consisting of around 60 homesites arranged in a loop with a single central cul de sac.

The Vintage Palms is 10 minutes from Downtown Palm Springs and is also surrounded by a number of other prestigious neighborhoods, like Desert Park Estates, Sunrise Vista Chino, El Mirador, Racquet Club West, and Desert Highland Gateway Estates.
