Discover Ranch Club Estates
Ranch Club Estates was originally designed by Noel Clarke—the owner of the incredibly popular Ranch Club in Palm Springs. The development of his quaint community began in the late 1950s, when his successful club had more members than any other in the city. These homes were built in a mid-century style by some of the notable architects working in Palm Springs at the time. A majority of the homes in this neighborhood, however, were constructed later in the 1970's and 1980's in more of a ranch style.
All of the homes are situated on large lots with palm trees and desert landscaping and most of the homes have swimming pools, outdoor living spaces, and lounge areas. The home sizes were originally fairly small in keeping with mid-century ideals. The homes of the 1970's and 1980's are much larger, often having four bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Ranch Club Estates is located near the downtown core, the airport, and the Escena Golf Club. The city’s downtown strip is only a few minutes away by car and offers an exciting combination of restaurants, cafés, art galleries, and boutiques.
